Report Fraud or Abuse

Fraud and abuse cost Mississippi taxpayers and businesses money. Help prevent financial loss by reporting suspected wrongdoing to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security.

Please help us adequately investigate all allegations by providing as much information as possible, especially Social Security numbers if you know them.

You may file reports anonymously or include your name and contact information when filing a report.
